Scope of Services
Vivid Press provides photo and art printing services, including file review, paper and size consultation, test print review, and production of approved print orders. Any service is subject to file suitability, material availability, and studio capacity.

Fees and Payment
Scope / use / administrationPrices, if provided, may depend on print size, paper, quantity, and related production choices. Test prints may be charged separately. Payment methods accepted by the studio may include card and bank transfer, subject to confirmation for the relevant order.

Payments / cancellation / timingOrders are handled through the contact methods made available by the studio. Any production estimate or collection arrangement is indicative only and may change if files, materials, quantities, or other order details require further review.

All customer artwork, images, text, and other submitted content remain the responsibility of the customer. The customer must have the rights needed to submit and authorize production of the material, and Vivid Press does not obtain those rights on the customer’s behalf.

Proofing and Review
Any file preflight, proof review, or sample guidance is limited to the scope expressly agreed for the order. Vivid Press does not guarantee exact screen-to-print color matching, and it does not verify spelling, names, dates, legal wording, or factual accuracy unless that review is specifically agreed in writing.
